Bandages of the Unseen

In a world where the wounds we carry are often invisible, hidden beneath layers of resilience or silence, my latest work, "Bandages of the Unseen," seeks to bring the intangible aspects of emotional pain and healing into a physical object that symbolizes protection. Using a vintage metal Band-Aid box as the vessel, this piece is both a container and a metaphor for the ways in which we attempt to protect and heal our most delicate injuries—the ones that reside within the mind and the soul.

In creating this piece, my hope is to shed light on the shadows of our internal struggles, to offer a form of solace, and to remind us all that the process of healing is as diverse as humanity itself.
